In a survey of more than 10,000 members of the National Weight Control Registry, more than half of them did this simple thing to  maintain a weight loss of 30 pounds or more in at least a year.  

 Nearly 80% report having breakfast every day. 

 75% weigh  at least once a week. 

 62% watch less than 10 hours of TV per week. 

 90% train on average about an hour a day.
